I am very excited about the upcoming Google Wave. It has many great communication and collaboration features all crammed into one. It combines email, chat, document sharring, gaming, and much more. Currently it is in beta form and invitation only. I am still trying to get invite. If anyone has information on how/where to get an invite, leave a comment below.
